It’s all about our TEAM!

Last Friday, we were closed for staff training. Among other activities, we engaged in an active listening exercise and empathy training, during which the staff were blindfolded or wore earplugs, and their hands were tied together to understand what it’s like to be a participant. Everyone did a great job and had meaningful conversations.
